- Coaches are assisted by an Assistant Coach and a Team Mom.
- Coaches receive a Practice T-shirt, a polo shirt, and a full zip jacket.

Job Expectations
-Teach the game of volleyball and its strategies.
-Develop and implement practice plans to build skill development. Consult and advise on tournament placement.
-Be a role model for the players.
-Encourage team bonding and assist Team Mom to plan team gatherings.
-Encourage players to play for the glory of God using the talents gifted to them.
-Help players develop and achieve team and individual goals.
-Minimize team drama.
-Use every opportunity on and off the court to find and teach life lessons from the game of volleyball.
-Communicate needs to team parents.
-Have conversations with players or parents as needed (with a board member present).
-Practices are held Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 5:30-8:00 starting July 31, 2023, through October.
-The JV team plays 10-12 games and attend 3-4 tournaments.
Junior High (14U) Coach
$900 for the season

-The PT team plays 4-6 scrimmages at their home court.
JV Assistant Coach - This position has been filled!

Job Expectations
-Assist teaching the fundamental skills of volleyball.
-Assist in developing and implementing practice plans to build skill development.
-Encourage players to listen to and respect the teaching of the Head Coach.
-Be a role model for the players.
-Assist in strategic planning for positions, games and tournaments.
-Help players develop and achieve team and individual goals in line with the head coach's teaching.
-Use every opportunity on and off the court to find and teach life lessons from the game of volleyball.
-Assist Head Coach as needed.
Practices will be held Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays 5:30-8:00 PM at the HSB, 5625 Burlingame Ave. SW, Wyoming, MI 49509 starting July 31 - October.
Games are generally on these days as well. The JV team plays 10-12 games and attend 3-4 tournaments.
